Return Policy

 All returns must be made within 7 days upon delivery and packaging must be unopened and intact. This policy has been put in place not only to protect your pup, but to protect our associates and future fur babies from the spread of the viruses.  We stand behind our products that we offer on our website. We carefully pick each product that becomes a part of our store based on quality and nutritional value. From time to time, you may need to return products to us for whatever reason; we make this process as easy as possible.

Our return policy is to offer a full refund of the product price if you are unsatisfied for any reason; however, you, the customer, are responsible for returning the product in its original, sealed packaging, and for paying all shipping costs. As we sell consumable items, we are unable to accept returns of opened product. If you plan to make a return, we need to be notified within 1 (one) week of you receiving the products. All returns must be received by Chewganics within three weeks of notification of a return.

If you would like to process a return, please contact us via email to obtain an RMA# for your return. This RMA# needs to be clearly printed on your return, and you should ship your return back to us using a trackable shipping service to ensure a safe delivery.

Upon receipt of your return, you will receive a refund for the value of the unused returned merchandise. At this time, we are not able to accept returns of any used items for safety reasons.

We will not charge any restocking or repackaging fees. We appreciate your business and hope that you don't need to return any products to us but want you to feel comfortable knowing that you can if needed.
